• Week one: Self Exploration - What do you love and value?  What are your natural gifts and talents?  What do you feel most satisfied/dissatisfied with in life? Use these aspects to create a vision for your life. 
  

• Week two: Move Through Obstacles - Observe obstacles that arise, bring compassion and understanding to these blocks or outdated beliefs, and learn tools to move through them. 
  

• Week three: Research and Testing Out - Clarify essential elements of your life, refine into options and action steps.  
  

• Week four: Strategic Plan for Follow Through - Focus on synthesizing all you have learned in order to write specific, measurable, appropriate/realistic and time-limited goals needed to bring your compelling vision to fruition.
